By 2030, we pray the following is true of Doxa Church:

We are deeply rooted in the heart of Tucson as a healthy and established congregation living as local missionaries, developing biblical disciples, and multiplying faithful leaders to saturate the desert with gospel-proclaiming, Bible-believing churches. 

Led by a plurality of biblically qualified elders, we are permanently established in the heart of our city as a strategic hub for multiplying churches across our city. We are supported by faithful servant leaders and a family of joyfully devoted partners. Together we are dependent on prayer, empowered by the Spirit, driven by the gospel, united in mission, and fueled by the generosity of our multigenerational congregation. Marked by a deep love for Tucson, we live as local missionaries in our homes, neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces. We are impacting our city by sharing the gospel, extending mercy, and co-laboring alongside local organizations in order to pursue a mission that reaches far beyond the walls of our church. We believe every person has a role to play and is commissioned by God to be holistic disciple makers who model Christian living, champion the cause of Christ, and foster a culture that forms others to know God rightly, love him supremely, and obey him faithfully. Our passion is to see people discover their calling, grow their gifts, and be sent out for Kingdom service. Together, we are forging a robust and proven leadership pipeline that fuels church growth and multiplication resulting in at least one church planting team by the end of the decade as we take our first steps towards saturating our city with healthy churches.
